What this website does
This public site is informational. It has no sign-in, contact form, advertising pixels, analytics tracker, or marketing-cookie banner. Following a mail link opens your own email app; Project Zoomies does not receive that message unless you choose to send it.
If you email support, your email address and the information you include are handled only to respond to the request and maintain a support record where required. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Planned initial game data
The planned launch game is designed to work without a Project Zoomies account. Gameplay preferences and progress are intended to stay on the player’s device unless a player deliberately uses an Apple service such as Game Center.
Apple processes App Store purchases and may provide purchase information needed to deliver consumable items. If Game Center is enabled by the player, Apple’s Game Center service and its privacy terms apply to that service. Project Zoomies does not plan to use this information for advertising or cross-app tracking.
No tracking or advertising at launch
The initial release is planned without third-party advertising and without tracking across apps or websites. It is not planned for Apple’s Kids Category. If a future release proposes tracking, advertising, analytics that changes this position, an account system, or a new external service, this notice and the in-app privacy information will be updated before that feature is released.
Your choices and deletion
See Privacy choices for the controls planned for the initial release. There is no Project Zoomies account in the planned initial release, so there is no Project Zoomies account to delete. See Account deletion for details about local game data, Apple services, and future account changes.
